Our Story
Founded in 2003 , Crème de la Crêpe was born from a desire to bring the warmth, flavors, and everyday magic of the French dining experience to Southern California.
What began on Pier Avenue in Hermosa Beach as a neighborhood café quickly grew into a beloved local institution. Today, Crème de la Crêpe remains rooted in its origins, serving our communities with fresh ingredients, timeless recipes, and a charming atmosphere that feels like a little slice of France, close to home.

Our Story
In May 2003, the first ‘Creme de la Crepe’ restaurant opened on Pier Avenue in Hermosa Beach, CA. After two years, thanks to its original and tasty recipes with fresh ingredients, it became a popular destination. Due to this growing success, a second restaurant was launched in 2007 in Redondo Beach and a third one in 2008 in Long Beach. In order to continue its expansion, Creme de la Crepe opened four other restaurants in South California.
Now almost two decades later, we continue to stay close to our roots and serve our local communities. We are grateful to our customers and look forward to the future.
